Event 1

Event 1:
-Athletes will start by running 400m together
-After completing the run athlete 1 begins the strongman movements.
-Athlete 1 will transfer the sandbag(s) to the far side of the turf, jog back to start, carry farmer carry handles to the far side of the turf, jog back, then push the sled to the far side of the turf, then jog back to the starting position.
-Then Both athletes will the run 400m together
-After completing the run athlete 2 begins the strongman movements.
-Athlete 2 will perform the same movements in reverse order. Starting with the sled, then the farmer carry and finishing with the sandbag.
-Once athlete 2 completes all the movements both athletes will finish the workout with a 400m run together
-The team's score is the time of completion or total work completed at the time cap.
*sandbags can be carried or dragged in anyway. They have handles on them. RX men will have 2 sandbags, 1 x 100lb and 1 x 60lb. All other divisions will have just 1 sandbag
-Masters and scaled will perform the same workout with these changes:
-Sandbags will be 100lbs for men and 60lbs for women
-Farmer carry will be 80lbs for men and 50lbs for women
-Sled will be 140lbs for men and 90lbs for women
