

Event 3:
-All movements on the bar(t2b, pull up, ctb pull up, bar muscle up) can be shared anyway between the athletes
-All burpee box jump overs must be performed together and synchronized
-athletes must move together and demonstrate a "synchronized" look to their burpees box jump overs .
-Athletes chests must be on the floor at the same time on every burpee
-The score is total time to complete the workout OR total reps completed before the time cap
-Masters athletes:
-20" box for everyone
-Athletes may step over the box if they'd like
-Gymnastics movements will be: hanging knee raises, t2b, pull up, ctb
-Scaled athletes:
-24/20" box, Athletes may step over the box
-Gymnastics movements will be: hanging knee raises, jumping pull up, pull up, ctb pull up
-For jumping pull up, athletes will stand on plates so that the bar hits them mid forearm( please check videos on the instagram page for exact details)
