EVENT 3:

Part A: (1 score)
-50 synchronized burpees over sandbag 

Directly into:

Part B: (1 score)
-15 hspu athlete 1, Non-working athlete must be in handstand hold

-15 hspu athlete 2, Non-working athlete must be in handstand hold

Athlete 1
-30yrd sled pull with rope(90/50)
-30yrd low handle sled push(90/50)
-30yrd farmer carry(150/100)
-30yrd bear hug walking lunge(100/70)

-15 hspu athlete 1: Non-working athlete must be in handstand hold 

-15 hspu athlete 2: Non-working athlete must be in handstand hold

Athlete 2
-30yrd  sled pull with rope
-30yrd low handle sled push
-30yrd farmer carry
-30yrd sandbag bear hug walking lunge 
-sprint back to sandbags
*12 min cap

Rules:
Part A: 
-both athletes work at same time. Chest must be on ground at same time for rep to be considered synchronized 
-score is time of completion of all 50 reps

Part B:
-immediately upon finishing Part A, athletes will begin part B
-both athletes must kick up into handstand
-1 athlete must complete ALL 15 hspu while other athlete is in handstand hold 
-then athlete 2 will complete ALL 15 hspu while athlete 1 is in handstand hold 
-once complete, athlete 1 will complete their portion of the turf workout, while athlete 2 waits behind the sandbags
-once athlete 1 completes their portion they must sprint back to start and repeat the hspu portion (same as above)
-once complete athlete 2 will complete their portion of the turf work. Once they are finished they must sprint back to the sandbags. 
-time is called when athlete 2 crosses the sandbags 
-score is total time OR total reps completed at the 12 min time cap

EVENT 3: scaled/masters 80+/masters 100+
Workout will be the same with these modifications:

Part A:
-35 synchronized burpees 

Part B:
-instead of hspu athletes will complete 25 regular push ups while opposite athlete holds plank
-weights for turf work:
Scaled: sled(50/30), farmer carry(60/40), lunge will be with 1 dumbbell in front rack(50/35)

Masters 80+: sled (90/50), farmer carry(100/60), lunge will be with 1 dumbbell in front rack (75/50)

Masters 100+: sled(50/30), farmer carry(60/40), lunge will be with 1 dumbbell in front rack(50/35)
